A smart blouse with short cut-on sleeves. The front view shows a V-neckline, decorated with ties, and an insert that buttons together along a scalloped edge. The front of the short peplum also repeats the design's scalloped edges and buttons. The side seam has a short placket closure.
Available in two original sizes.
