1929-30 Sports trouser waist 76 cm (30")
Also available as a PDF pattern
At the time, these were a unique new style of sports trouser for women. Designed especially for walking and skiing, the trouser intentionally incorporated the (then) increasing range of available zippers! The back of the trouser is cut in two sections and the lower parts join the sides of the fronts with a zipper that reaches the ankle. The side seam and pockets also feature zippers. The lower legs of the trouser are held in place with an elasticised stirrup.
