This beautiful 1939 satin blouse features shirred or gathered panels under the bust with a slim shaped waist. The font neckline has a keyhole opening, which fastens with ties that are extensions of the narrow stand-up collar. The softly puffed sleeves are 2/3 length and have matching shirred panels.
