1956 Blouse 100 cm (39.4") bust
Also available as a PDF pattern
This elegant mid-1950s blouse has a wide pointed collar and buttoned front. The 3/4 length sleeves have gathers and pleats that join into a simple band. The front waist is shaped on each side by one pleat. The sleeve is cut in two pieces; so the stripes, placed on the bias, form a chevron shape along the arm. It can also be sewn from fabric on the straight grain.
Available in one original size.
