A stylish afternoon blouse from 1934. Overall this blouse has simple design lines, but the pattern pieces enable many different styling opportunities with contrasting inserts, a sewn on scarf and a small button placket at the front. A shawl-like scarf attaches at the back neckline and passes to the front where it is secured underneath the placket. The sleeves have small fan-shaped inserts that add extra design flare. This is a waist-length blouse, which can easily be lengthened for the taller figure.
