A basic blouse with straight and crisp lines, for work or casual wear. Originally sketched being worn with a tie*, as was common in the era. The yoke of the blouse sits on the shoulders, and it does not extend across the back. The original sketch shows the blouse in a striped fabric, where the stripes on the yokes, the sleeve cuffs and the tops of the pockets are set in different directions to the main blouse. The blouse has French cuffs and patch pockets.
